Each issue should resolve into one readable weekly letter instead of a scattered stack of links.

The weekly shape TPG should keep

One coherent issue beats three disconnected fragments. The weekly post should feel like one complete read.

The Gazette should read like one settled answer to the week. The locked Class B sequence is title, optional deck, subtitle, top audio slot, two intro paragraphs, then three H2 desks with one full-width image each and a CTA inside each desk.

The current preview uses that shape on purpose: no teaser bullets, no source-list dumps under desks, a poll question near the end, and network boilerplate as the final block without a trailing footer CTA.
